The first 225,000 square feet of retail in Phase I is open at I-35 and 51st Street. Phase II broke ground in late 2007 and will contain approximately 150,000 square feet of retail space.

The planned 42-acre heart of Mueller will be home to a mix of retail, dining and entertainment options as well as work places and residences.
